Refund requests are NOT accepted. Exchange requests are accepted if you received the wrong items. Deposits for wigs, and deposits for appointments are non-refundable. Late/Cancellations fees are applied.

Shipping

Allow 3-5 business days for your order to process.( DOES NOT INCLUDE WEEKENDS) Once shipped you will be provided a tracking number sent to the email you provided upon ordering. Once you receive your tracking number your order will be arriving within the next 4-5 business days. Wig orders will require up to 7-21 business days to process then shipping will follow within the next 4-5 business days. Sundays , and holidays do not count . LacedByJaDai is NOTresponsible for any damaged, delayed or LOST packages after you receive tracking number

Booking Appointments

Allow 24 hours for a response regarding your appointment. EMAILS ARE ONLY ANSWERED (MONDAY-SATURDAY DURING BUSINESS HOURS(9 AM-5 PM)(CLOSED ON HOLIDAYS) $25 non refundable deposit is due when booking. 10 mins late will result in a $10 late fee. 15 mins late will  result in a CANCELLATION of your appointment. ALL lace must be dropped off or mailed to me 2/3 days before your appointment(NO SUNDAYS/HOLIDAYS) .Failure to do so will result in your appointment being canceled , and rescheduled or you can pay a $50 same day customization fee. THE DROP OFF LOCATION FOR LACE IS (1700 BIG BULL LANDING RD, CONWAY SC 29527) Please attach your name to your hair so there wont be any mix ups. Appointments can only be rescheduled for the month your initial appointment was booked. If not you will have to pay another deposit

Wig Construction Process

Allow 24/48 hours for a response regarding your wig inquiry. If you're providing your own hair the shipping address for it to be sent to is 1700 Big Bull Landing Rd , Conway SC 29527. Please make sure your name is on your package or please email me letting me know what your package looks like if coming directly from seller. (NO CHOPPED UP WEFTS). After you receive a response allow 7-21 business days for your wig to be made and customized to your specific description. Shipping will follow within the next 4-5 business days (Color, length, cut and etc)
Measurements are required for all wig orders. Measurements should be left in the note box section of your order or emailed to lacedbyjadai@gmail.com
